Are you ready to move through this new season?
As we begin to awaken our bodies from our nourishing winter slumber, melting softly into the warmth of spring, it’s a good time to spring clean our energy and set new intentions.
Join me as we clear and declutter our energy fields, ready to create, grow, blossom and flow into new beginnings with Cacao from Cuatro Manos y Cinco Volcanes guiding us.
There will be a guided movement, meditation and sound journey to allow the magic of cacao's medicine to guide you in a safe space so we can all listen together with our connected hearts. This is a space where we can allow all our parts to be witnessed with full acceptance and self-love.
I have sat in sacred ceremony building relationship with single origin cacao from the foothills of Mauna Kea in Hawaii for over two years now. This time spent sitting in ceremony with cacao from @4manosy5volcanes_cacao, has enabled me to develop a deep relationship and heartfelt connection with this medicine which continues to deepen and grow.
Why Hawaiian Cacao?
Hawaiian ceremonial cacao and sacred plant medicine has an energy like no other cacao as she comes from an island of active volcanoes where the energy is very powerful, fertile and vibrant. CACAO CEREMONY -

Come along to a sacred Cacao Ceremony where you will be held and supported to connect deeply to your inner world through infusing cacao and ritual. This connection is made through deep immersive meditation, sound, music and/or movement where we honour this plant medicine and heart opener in sacred circle. This is a safe and supportive community where we can all be seen and witnessed in this moment.
Melissa has sat in sacred ceremony building relationship with single origin cacao from the foothills of Mauna Kea in Hawaii for some time now. Her native indigenous teacher and the elders of their lineage have granted Melissa permission to hold ceremony with this plant medicine. This means Melissa has undergone rigorous training to have the honour to hold ceremony and to be able to share this sacred medicine with you in a safe, grounded way.
